Daarna 2 liter warm water toegevoegd, zout, suiker, Colorozozout, venkel, tijm, laurierblad en de knoflook. Even koken en af en toe roeren tot het zout, suiker en het Colorozozout is opgelost. De pan van het vuur halen en ijswater toegevoegd. Laat de pekel volledig afkoelen tot kamertemperatuur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.wixstatic.com\/media\/896033_f10f571e657d4fd489249c79c5775d7b~mv2.jpg\/v1\/fill\/w_740,h_333,al_c,q_80,usm_0.66_1.00_0.01,enc_avif,quality_auto\/896033_f10f571e657d4fd489249c79c5775d7b~mv2.jpg\" alt=\"ree\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-9t92n\">De varkenslende in een grote vacu\u00fcmzak de pekel toegevoegd en hierna de zak geseald. Dit in de koelkast gelegd en elke dag even omdraaien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.wixstatic.com\/media\/896033_e6b10d9d566845aba01b3c8a25bf77a8~mv2.jpg\/v1\/fill\/w_740,h_333,al_c,q_80,usm_0.66_1.00_0.01,enc_avif,quality_auto\/896033_e6b10d9d566845aba01b3c8a25bf77a8~mv2.jpg\" alt=\"ree\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-8tjbh\">Na dag 5 de varkenslende uit de zak gehaald, afgespoeld en droog gemaakt en daarna een goed uur laten drogen.
