Week de glasnoedels 20 minuten in water op kamertemperatuur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-74k21\">Verwijder de botjes uit de kippenvleugels (echt een heel leuk k..klusje). Marineer de uitgebeende vleugels in sojasaus, 2 tl donkere sojasaus en 1 tl suiker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-2c1k4\"><strong>De vulling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.wixstatic.com\/media\/896033_6402f4647aa04a25ab201711fc036ece~mv2.jpg\/v1\/fill\/w_740,h_434,al_c,q_80,usm_0.66_1.00_0.01,enc_avif,quality_auto\/896033_6402f4647aa04a25ab201711fc036ece~mv2.jpg\" alt=\"ree\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-5vena\">Snijd de geweekte noedels met een schaar in stukjes van ongeveer 2 cm. Haal de shiitake uit het weekwater, pers het overtollig water eruit, verwijder de stengels en snijd ze in kleine blokjes. Maal de peperkorrels fijn in een vijzel, voeg knoflook en korianderstengels toe en stamp dit tot een pasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-f2gbh\">Meng de knoflookpasta, gehakt, glasnoedels, geraspte wortel, lente ui, shiitake, oestersaus, vissaus, sojasaus en suiker.
