Kook die geel rys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-5d3rr\">Haal die saadlys uit die peper. Sny die courgette, paprika en wortel in eweredige blokkies. Sit olyfolie in &#8217;n groot pan en voeg paprika en wortel by en roerbraai vir 2 minute. Voeg dan die Cannellini-bone, courgette, paprikapoeier, cayennepeper en gemaalde koljander sade by en roerbraai vir 5 minute. Vorm die tortilla versigtig langs die kante. Plaas &#8217;n dubbele laag aluminiumfoelie op die tortilla en druk dit om die tortilla te vorm. Plaas die skinkbord 15 minute op die BBQ. Haal die gereg van die tortilla af en plaas die tortilla vir 5 minute terug op die BBQ. Verwyder die aluminiumfoelie van die tortilla en plaas die tortillabeker onderstebo op die aluminiumfoelie en vou die aluminiumfoelie effens om die kante van die skinkbord om dit te beskerm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-1pofl\">Plaas 8-10 minute terug op die BBQ. Draai die houers om, sodat die binnekant ook krakerig is.Na afkoeling word die bak stewig. Verhit die orige marinade vir 5 minute.
