Snijd de korstjes van het brood, maal fijn tot broodkruimels. Verwarm een kleine koekenpan met de olijfolie. Bak hierin de broodkruimels in een paar minuten goudbruin. Voeg nog wat gehakte rozemarijn toe. Strooi de Goudse kaas over het gerecht. Strooi de armeluis Parmezaan over de Goudse kaas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-76f9n\">Nog een paar minuutjes de deksel er weer op tot de kaas smelt.
